Outlet sale madness!!

Thirty-One’s outlet sale starts today. We consultants have been gearing up for this for weeks now! Encouraging customers to let friends know, adding people to our VIP groups. It’s been exciting!

I encourage you to use the outlet sale as a way to communicate with your customers, especially those that haven’t bought in a while. Do something fun in your group to encourage people to share the sale and to buy!

Tips on an outlet sale? Communicate with your customers so they know what to expect. It isn’t items in the current catalog, it will take longer than normal to ship, check out quickly to avoid things being deleted from your cart when it sells out. If you don’t prep customers ahead of time, it can be a challenging and frustrating day for everyone!
