How to keep customers

It’s exciting to find new customers, meet new guests at parties and see your contact list growing. But how to keep them?? How to gain loyalty so they won’t shop with another Thirty-One consultant?

It all relationship and not taking it personally if they do move on.

Be in contact, send emails beyond the Thirty-One promotional emails. Invite them to your VIP group if they aren’t in it, send cards or postcards with a $5 promotion, call them on the phone to ask if they need anything. Keep those communication lines open!

Don’t rely on your VIP group on Facebook to be your only interface with customers. Dig deep: look at your contacts. You’ve worked hard to build that list!  They are your babies—don’t ignore them! Invite them to follow you on social media. Send catalogs to the non-Internet loving customers.

I’m setting a goal to reach out to all my contacts once a quarter this year!
